Diagnostics and assessment tools
We are trained and accredited in a range of assessment tools and diagnostics, whether this is to assess leadership skills, personality skills or resilience and mental toughness, or to help with career transition. These include:
- 360 feedback tools
- situational judgement assessments
- leadership styles and leadership skills assessments
- personality profiling
- career assessment
Our most popular assessment tools are:
The MTQ48 assessment is a unique high-quality psychometric measure that measures Mental Toughness, which describes the mindset that every person adopts in everything they do. It is closely related to qualities such as character, resilience, grit, etc.
Published research and case studies from around the world show that Mental Toughness is a major factor in:
- Performance – explaining up to 25% of the variation in performance in individuals
- Positive Behaviour – more engaged, more positive, more “can do”
- Wellbeing – more contentment, better stress management, less prone to bullying
- Aspirations – more ambitious, prepared to manage more risk
The ILM72 assessment is a reliable psychometric measure which assesses two important elements: Adopted Leadership Style and Leadership Effectiveness in terms of Leadership Behaviour.
Effective leadership motivates people to give up their discretionary effort and do it willingly and enthusiastically.
ILM72 assesses 6 elements of leadership style:
- Goal orientation
It also assesses 3 core behaviours of effective leadership
- Determination to deliver
- Engagement with Teams
- Engagement with Individuals
Career Decision Maker:
The Career Decision Maker assessment tool allows you to identify your skills, interests, values and achievements as well as your personality profile. Together these help you develop your career goals and aspirations.
The personality profile shows your strengths as well as areas for development in:
- How you interact with others
- How you like to work
- How you think and make decisions
- How you deal with stress and pressure
You will better understand the skills that motivate you at work and which ones will lead to burnout for you. You will identify your primary interests, your core values and have a summary of your unique profile and motivators.
The report will also produce a range of career options for your consideration.
Combine this with 1-1 career coaching to help you transition in your career more effectively.
Other assessment tools are available and we will work with you to identify the most suitable options to meet your requirements.
