Training needs analysis:

The MTQ48 assessment is a unique high-quality psychometric measure that measures Mental Toughness, which describes the mindset that every person adopts in everything they do. It is closely related to qualities such as character, resilience, grit, etc.

The Career Decision Maker assessment tool allows you to identify your skills, interests, values and achievements as well as your personality profile. Together these help you develop your career goals and aspirations.

Online Learning

For many years we have delivered face-to-face and blended training. 2020 saw the launch of our first, fully online programmes.

We continue to develop and grow our online offer and are working with some external partners to bring a range to content and e-learning modules together, so you can learn at your own pace.
Our most popular programmes so far are short programmes of around 45-60 minutes of learning and are designed to support your CPD.
